Engaged in an immersive pastoral preparation program that profoundly shaped my identity as a devoted Christ-follower, dedicated minister, and effective leader. Throughout this tenure, I accomplished the following:

• Conducted in-depth interviews with numerous biblical counselors to establish a comprehensive support network catering to the spiritual and mental well-being of our congregation members.

• Demonstrated strong leadership in overseeing the groups ministry, catering to a substantial community of over 400 individuals.

• Collaboratively led premarital counseling sessions and contributed to a premarital counseling class that prepared six couples for their future marriage. 

• Pioneered and nurtured a vibrant young adult ministry that experienced significant expansion and engagement.

• Successfully raised over $100,000 in funding to cover my salary, benefits, and tax obligations throughout the two-year program.

Orchestrated and directed a dynamic ministry team comprising two fellow ministers, mobilizing a dedicated force of thirty volunteers to impact the lives of nearly two hundred students. Pioneered, organized, and executed a spectrum of impactful events, including weekly worship services, mission trips, and student conferences. Devised and executed comprehensive teaching strategies to impart biblical knowledge and theological insights, emphasizing their practical application in the daily lives of 6th-12th graders.
